Offensive Security for the Modern Era

Paradox Labs is an Australian, AI-native offensive security company. We conduct penetration testing, adversary simulation and vulnerability research, led by highly skilled operators and accelerated by Crimson, our in-house offensive AI platform.

What we do.

  1. 01Breadth

    Penetration Testing

Your applications, networks and cloud environments, tested by operators and extended by AI agents. Proven, exploitable findings only.

  2. 02Realism

    Adversary Simulation

A realistic attack scenario run against your organisation to see whether you prevent, detect and respond to cyber threats.

  3. 03Depth

    Vulnerability Research

Deep analysis of the software you build or depend on: how it fails, and what that means for you.

How every engagement runs.

  1. Scope

You set the boundaries. Together we define what's in scope, what's off limits and how the engagement will run, so there are no surprises.

  2. Map

AI agents enumerate and probe the agreed scope in parallel, so nothing in it goes unchecked.

  3. Validate

Every potential vulnerability is confirmed by an operator with a safe proof of concept. If it cannot be proven, it does not make the report.

  4. Exploit

Our operators then safely exploit the confirmed vulnerabilities, the way a real attacker would, to demonstrate the impact on your organisation.

  5. Report

Evidence, business impact and what to fix first, then a debrief with your team.

AI Security

Our agents work inside layers of isolation we control, on systems you approve, under an operator who can stop them at any moment.

  1. Your data stays inside your boundary.

We prioritise local models, run on our own infrastructure, for data sovereignty, and can use frontier models where requested.

  2. A fresh, sealed room for every engagement.

Every engagement runs in its own disposable virtual machine, with our agents in locked-down containers inside it. Credentials are vaulted, and the whole environment is destroyed when we finish.

  3. They can only reach what you approve.

Scope is enforced by the network, not the model. All traffic leaves through a firewall that allows only your approved targets; everything else is blocked outright.

  4. Always a human in the loop.

Nothing runs unsupervised. Anything that could disrupt a system waits for an operator's approval, and every action is logged.
